Current Opportunities

Customer Service & Support Role

Based at Sydney head office, with emphasis on a remote working arrangement. The role requires a high standard of customer service via telephone & email enquiries. This role supports referral clientele and the general public. The role is also client facing promoting zlights to local to our new and exisiting clients. Duties includes:

  • Reception duties include answering calls in a professional manner, offering customer satisfaction and resolution
  • Day to day administrative support for the studio
  • Professionally engage with a range of clients including interior designers, architects, contractors, builders, engineers, retailers and end-users
  • A high level of customer service leading to sales opportunities
  • Promotion of Euroluce product portfolio, provide accurate advice to customers and issuing quotations
  • Manage customer orders from order to payment to delivery in a timely and accurate manner
  • Deliver sales excellence within your client portfolio

Key Skills:

  • Experience with CRM and POS Software – desired but not essential
  • Have a lighting or furniture sales background – desired but not essential
  • Effective communications skills – ability to negotiate with and influence others
  • High level of personal resourcefulness
  • Self-motivated
  • Effective time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently
