Our shipping fees range from $14.95 - $99.90, depending on the value and size of your order. The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, based on your selected items and delivery location.

Custom Made Items
Some of our products are made to order and require additional lead time before dispatch. These items are produced specifically for you and may take anywhere from 2 to 15 weeks, depending on the product, materials and quantity. Feel free to get in touch if you would like specific information.
If your order includes both stocked and made-to-order items, we can ship them separately or wait to ship them together — we'll keep you informed every step of the way.

Do you ship outside Australia?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Freight is quoted based on the size, weight, and quantity of items in your order. Contact us for a customised shipping estimate.
Which couriers handle your deliveries?
We use a mix of trusted freight partners like TNT, Toll, AusPost, Direct Freight, CouriersPlease, Northline, Aramex and DHL. Orders are dispatched on time, but peak periods and bad weather can add a delay. If safe, your order might be left at your door, if not, you’ll usually get a card to collect it locally.
How can I track my delivery?
Once your order’s out the door, we’ll email you a tracking link and number so you can follow it every step of the way. Sometimes it takes a couple of hours to update, so hang tight if it doesn’t show straight away.
What happens if something I ordered is out of stock?
If your item’s on back-order, we’ll be in touch right away to let you know. It’s usually sorted quickly, but if you’d rather not wait, we’re happy to cancel it for you.
